Quality Care

Bali West maintains high standards of production from its suppliers.   We will assure that benchmarks of design, durability and safety are met.  Please note: the majority of the products offered are hand-made, so naturally there will be slight variation from one piece to the next.  These are not viewed as flaws or drawbacks, but as an asset and distinction.  They add to the unique quality of each piece and give them inimitable value.  The handmade Indonesian items are each individual and unique blends of fine craftsmanship and precise technology. 

We view Quality and Longevity from a sustainable  & responsible perspective.  High quality and value yeild products that last a lifetime, conserving economic and environmental resources.

Shipping

Orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days.  Delivery time frame ranges from 5-7 business days for standard delivery to next day air.  If you need to expedite a shipment, please email us at info@baliwestimports.com or call (512) 686-8273 Tuesday through Saturday between 11am and 6pm CST.

Shipping is provided via UPS Ground.  Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.  We do not ship to PO Boxes due to UPS shipping restrictions.

We are a partner of EcoBox, an Austin-based shipping supplies provider that uses recycled and environmentally friendly materials and good business practices.

Austin “locals only” special:  If you reside in the Austin area please consider an alternative to shipping: we will package your prepaid items for you and hand deliver to your door (or wherever you'd like).   

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only, minus shipping costs.  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order on items that have not been used and must be in original condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip AND a Bali West return form which includes your designated RAN.  Unauthorized returns and those without packing slip and RAN written on box will be sent back.   Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the shipper.  

Bali West is not responsible for any damage that occurs in process of returns and exchanges.  Please take care to wrap items very well and ship via UPS or FedEx. 

All sale items and online specials at a reduced price are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.   

We will process your returns and exchanges as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Allow 2-3 weeks for processing, where standard returns processing will be shorter.  This time frame includes transit for receipt of the returns, the time it takes to process return, and transit time for delivery of exchanged items.

Damage or Breakage

Any damage upon shipping must be reported to Bali West within 5 days of receipt of order.  We will reship your product once UPS has possession of the package and the products are available for shipment.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available upon request.

Trademarks

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Bali West Imports or Jenggala Keramik.  Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission from Bali West Imports or Jenggala Keramik.
